What is Grafton TDS, Inc.?

Grafton Talent Development Services (Grafton TDS, Inc.) was founded specifically to help companies develop their talent assets, particularly in the areas of leadership and sales. We have extensive experience with foodservice distribution companies. However, any distribution-based enterprise will benefit from our services.

Who is Rob Keeney?

Rob founded Grafton TDS, Inc. in 2015. Passionate about developing sales and leadership talent, he brings over four decades of experience in foodservice distribution sales, management and adult learning to the distribution community. His experience includes 25 years with a large regional, then national foodservice distributor; both in direct street sales and in sales management. Subsequently, he developed and implemented successful sales and leadership training programs for one of the top foodservice distribution cooperatives in North America. These programs are widely regarded as industry leaders and 'best in class'.

Who is Grafton?

Rob's grandfather, Grafton Keeney (no middle name) was given that name by his mother for no other reason than she liked it. Supposedly, Grafton was the name of a West Virginia governor (and major city) and perhaps that inspired the name; we will never know. Rob's father was also a Grafton (Grafton Edwin). Rob and his son, Daniel are also proud owners the middle name, Grafton.
